PFit's VISION:  People's lives transformed through fitness

A satisfying and successful personal training experience requires trust and respect between the client and the trainer. The training staff at PFit works hard to create a challenging yet enjoyable experience for every client, every session. Our staff is trained not only in exercise science, but also in one-on-one coaching. We aren’t like the drill sergeants you might find at other facilities, but know how to get the best from your effort in ways that are always motivational and fun.

Chellie is so grateful to be part of this incredible team and community. She’s taught many fitness class formats and  has done personal training at over 30 different gyms since 2010 and she’s never been part of such a cooperative, supportive and loving community. Growing up in NH and visiting family here in RI on many weekends, it just feels right being here.

After gaining two body science degrees she went on to learn massage therapy and multiple fitness specializations that include, to name a few, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, NASM Behavioral Change Specialist, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach and taught for NASM/AFAA as a Master Instructor.

Chellie’s favorite part about training is seeing clients put in the consistent effort and work to create their changes with our awesome coaching. The results are a happier, healthier lifestyle and there’s nothings better than that!

In her free time she loves reading, time in nature and spending time with family. She loves animals and secretly wishes she could give a happy loving home to every one that needs and wants one.
